Hello hoomans, A special event is on my space calendar! I have some exciting mews to share: I’m taking part in SAGExpo 2026! Well, technically, my hoomans at Catfall Games are the ones who submitted our game. But I like to think I had something to do with it. After all, I’m the one doing all the space travelling. 🚀
SAGExpo, also known as the Sonic Amateur Games Expo, is an annual online event organized by Sonic Fan Games HQ. It brings together fan games, indie projects, original creations and developers from all kinds of backgrounds. Despite its name, the expo is not limited to Sonic games. It is a place where creators can share their work, players can discover new projects, and everyone can enjoy a week full of games and creativity. This year’s event takes place from September 11th to 18th, and Catstronaut: Félicette’s Adventures is part of the lineup!
🚀 A new stop on my space journey#
For the occasion, visitors can discover and play our demo. It offers a glimpse of my journey through space and lets players experiment with my game’s physics-based mechanics. It is also a great opportunity for us to receive feedbacks and share our work with people who enjoy discovering unusual and independent games. (And between you and me, I’m always meowappy when someone wants to help me get home hihi)

At Catfall Games, we hope to take part in more events like SAGExpo in the future. These showcases are a wonderful way for a small studio like ours to meet new players, introduce our games to different communities, and make Catfall Games better known.
My (favorite) hooman Lou Linh, communication lead, told me : “We want to participate in more events like SAGExpo and Cat Awareness Feline Sale because they give us the opportunity to reach new audiences and share what we’re creating. As a small studio, these events are really important for helping people discover Catfall Games, our Discord, but also for meeting players and building our community around the game.”
